Right of Withdrawal Within 14 Days
In accordance with Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from your order without giving a reason within 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you, received the goods. In addition, we offer an extended return option — up to 30 days from receipt.
Return Conditions
- the shoes must not have been worn, except for trying them on at home;
- they must be in their original packaging with all labels attached;
- you must enclose the proof of purchase (receipt/invoice or order number).
How to Return a Product
Contact us by phone at +359 893 661 338 or reply to the order confirmation email, stating your order number and the products you are returning. Send the parcel via Econt to the address we will provide. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the goods are non-conforming.
Refunds
We refund the amount paid (including the standard delivery charge in case of a full order cancellation) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods — to a bank account specified by you.
Exchange
If you need a different size or model — contact us and we will arrange an exchange with a new shipment.
Complaints
In case of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity, we cover all return and exchange costs or refund the full amount, at your choice, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
