I. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relations between GRACIA STIL S Ltd., UIC 203178704, with registered office and management address: 1 Uspeh Str., Gabrovo 5300, entered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency (hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant"), and the persons using the online store bgstep.bg (hereinafter referred to as "Users"). By using the website and/or placing an order, the User declares that they have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.

III. Orders
An order is placed by adding products to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process. After placing an order, the User receives a confirmation at the email address they have provided. The distance sales contract is considered concluded from the moment the order is confirmed by the Merchant.
IV. Prices and Payment
All prices on the website are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. Payment is made by cash on delivery — in cash to the courier upon receipt of the shipment. The delivery cost is indicated separately before completing the order and is paid together with the order total.
V. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by the courier company Econt Express Ltd. within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria: to an Econt office — €3.90; to an address — €5.90. Delivery time: up to 3 business days from order confirmation. Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days.
VI. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Pursuant to Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The detailed conditions are described in the Refund and Return Policy.
VII. Complaints and Warranty
The User may file a complaint in case of non-conformity of the goods with the agreed terms pursuant to Art. 33 et seq. of the Act on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and the Sale of Goods. The Merchant provides a 30-day return option and a manufacturer's warranty.
VIII. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
IX. Disputes
Disputes between the parties shall be resolved through negotiations and, where this is not possible, by the competent Bulgarian court. The User may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, as well as contact the Consumer Protection Commission (CPC), 4A Slaveykov Sq., Sofia 1000, www.kzp.bg.
