In addition, we offer an extended return option \u2014 up to 30 days from receipt.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return Conditions<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>the shoes must not have been worn, except for trying them on at home;<\/li><li>they must be in their original packaging with all labels attached;<\/li><li>you must enclose the proof of purchase (receipt\/invoice or order number).<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Return a Product<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact us by phone at +359 893 661 338 or reply to the order confirmation email, stating your order number and the products you are returning. Send the parcel via Econt to the address we will provide.
